Next to the swimming pool there is a children’s play area, equipped with a tower-slide with a multi-function gym with nets and bars for climbing, a swing and a picnic table, in a strategic position to let you relax in the sun without losing sight of your little ones.

You can also enjoy table tennis and free bicycles for those adults and children who wish to explore our surroundings.

The farm’s garden, equipped with large shade sails, tables and chairs for the comfort of guests, consists of 3,000 m2 of lawn and fragrant flower beds with multiple varieties of roses and plants, with their botanical descriptions displayed.

On sunny days you can have lunch or dinner in the garden, cooking delicious meat on our barbecue, or enjoy the breakfast by the pool with our “zero km” food while enjoying a spectacular view; in the summer months, our pool is the setting for "Tastings in the Garden", with background music, organised to let you taste typical local products and our oil, produced directly from the 300 olive trees surrounding the property.

In the area in front of the house there is a large green space to play football or enjoy the view of Assisi, under the shade of an old poplar tree.

Outside the park you’ll see an olive grove owned by the family with about 300 trees, and towards the hills, an area planted with different types of cereals; inside it, on the other hand, there is a small areas with fruit trees (plums, apricots, figs, pomegranates...) and aromatic plants (lavender, rosemary, santolina).
